  • Once your application is received, I will reach out to let you know if it was approved or denied.
  • Kittens will be released on a set time and date, on a first come first serve basis.
  • You will be notified when they are available, if you are approved.
  • When the kitten is released, pay the deposit using the reservation link on the kitten’s page.

What Comes With Your New Kitten

Delivery of the kitten to the San Antonio International airport for pickup OR at a determined location within 30 mins of my home is included. If you would like to hire a courier/pet nanny you can arrange that, or we can discuss the option to deliver the kitten myself. Pricing would depend on location and ticket prices, if a flight is needed. If you are flying to pick up your kitten, they must fly in-cabin only, not cargo.

  • Health Record of kitten.
  • 72 hour warranty for viral and bacterial diseases.
  • 3 years health guarantee.​
  • 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance (You must activate once you take your kitten home).​​
  • Age appropriate vaccinations and deworming, if needed.​​
  • TICA Registration Papers to register your pedigree kitten after proof of sterilization has been provided via SpaySecure.​​​​

There is a non-refundable reservation fee of $500.

The remaining amount is due at the time of pickup or 2-weeks prior to any pre-coordinated pet transportation.

Financing

We offer the Terrace Pets payment solution for customers who wish to pay over time for their furry feline. All credit profiles are considered and welcome. Your application gets routed through the Terrace Finance network of lenders/lessors which works to find you a program compatible with your credit profile and needs.

Spay/Neuter Requirement

SPAYING AND NEUTERING IS NOT AN OPTION; IT IS A MUST FOR A PET KITTEN.


“Military City Maine Coons” uses a company called SpaySecure to ensure kitten sterilization between the ages of 6 to 12 months of age. They will follow up with you to provide advice and reminders, ensuring your kitten’s sterilization.

The kitten must be altered by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer’s expense. The breeder and SpaySecure are not responsible for any consequences from the possible risks from spaying/neutering.

Buyer agrees that their kitten is sold as a pet and does not have breeding rights.
​
Using SpaySecure allows all parties to track and confirm that sterilization and provision of proof is timely and responsibly done.

The Contract allows for extension of the sterilization deadline under certain circumstances and after certain procedures are followed.
​
SpaySecure can pursue legal mediation/arbitration if buyer is found in breach of the contract.
